Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities for real estate products
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting
  • Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of transactions
  • Provide clients with accurate information on property offerings and market trends
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to drive sales campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

  • of OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 2 to 5 years proven experience in sales, with real estate experience as an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Target driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
