Job Summary

  • Mshel Homes Limited is looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead its sales operations and drive business expansion.
  • The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, manage and mentor Sales Executives, strengthen client relationships, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue objectives across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Track team and individual performance using KPIs and sales metrics while providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, partnerships, and strategic prospecting.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic accounts.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company pricing and policies.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations and assist the team in closing complex or high-value transactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns, lead generation efforts, and brand communication.
  • Analyze sales reports, market trends, and pipeline data to forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train Sales Executives while promoting a high-performance work culture.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maintain market competitiveness.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, including 2–3 years in a sales leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets while increasing revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities with the capacity to develop and inspire talent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for client and executive interactions.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
