Job Summary
- The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
- The role focuses particularly on EPCIM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Maintenance) projects.
- It requires strong industry expertise, technical sales capabilities, and an established network within the sector to effectively generate and close business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas EPCIM space.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet revenue targets.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.
- Participate in industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.

- Number of new contracts secured
- Revenue generated from EPCIM projects
- Conversion rate from leads to successful deals
- Client acquisition and retention rate

Requirements & Qualifications
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–7 years’ experience in Business Development or Technical Sales within the Oil & Gas sector (EPCIM preferred).
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas operations, contracts, and project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to secure contracts and achieve revenue targets.
- Established network within the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry (IOC/NOC/Service Companies).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
