Key Responsibilities

Key Duties

  • Manage all gas plant operations, including staff-related activities.
  • Maintain high operational standards while driving sales and profitability through the effective deployment and development of LPG cashiers and operators in line with approved budgets.
  • Ensure proper procedures are followed during product discharge and implement controls to minimise fraud.
  • Facilitate daily stock requests from the LPG terminal.
  • Implement measures to ensure the safe and seamless receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of products within the plant.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections while maintaining high HSE standards and implementing maintenance controls and measures.
  • Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to support Rainoil’s LPG offerings.
  • Report LPG sales and financial results to the LPG Coordinator.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational and marketing performance while developing interventions to support business growth and development.
  • Evaluate daily LPG sales and lodgements.
  • Compile and analyse periodic sales records and consolidate reports for the LPG Coordinator.
  • Manage all technical aspects of LPG plant operations, including the storage facility.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Second-Class Upper (B.Sc) or HND Upper Credit in Engineering with 1 - 4 years of experience.
  • Honesty, commitment, hardworking attitude, and self-motivation.
