Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Lead sales initiatives and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Portfolio Management: Develop, manage, and expand the company’s client base within the oil & gas and chemical sector.
- Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure high productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. degree in Marketing, Management, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Professional membership and an MBA are added advantages.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within Sales or Commercial functions.
- Industry Context: Prior experience in oil & gas or chemical services, specifically in a sales/commercial managerial role, is highly preferred.
