Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
  • Maintain strong client relationships to support satisfaction and retention
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and payment plans
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Debt Recovery Duties

  • Follow up on outstanding payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Negotiate repayment plans with clients while maintaining professionalism
  • Monitor debtor accounts and track payment schedules
  • Ensure timely collection of payments in line with company policies
  • Prepare and submit reports on recovery activities and performance
  • Work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years experience in customer service, collections, or a related role, with real estate experience considered an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
  • Good organizational and record keeping skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
