Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement commercial banking and state government strategies within the assigned zone.
  • Define and execute marketing and sales strategies for the commercial banking division.
  • Drive the development of commercial banking products and services.
  • Manage and sustain existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage the credit risk framework.
  • Develop a customer management framework, including insight-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Mobilize low-cost liabilities for the bank.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support for Relationship Managers.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the bank within the region of operation.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Group Head.
  • Achieve PCE, balance, and other assigned performance targets.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Group Head.
  • Supervise the execution of CBD digital marketing strategies across teams in the zone.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in banking.
  • At least 6 years’ experience in marketing at a minimum of Manager level.
