The organisation is looking to hire a Career Counsellor who will actively promote ICT training programs and guide prospective students and professionals in making informed career decisions. The role involves engaging with leads, driving enrollments, and providing clear, relatable advice on technology career paths and certifications. The successful candidate will also support prospective and existing students through consultations, follow-ups, and payment guidance while helping the organisation achieve its enrollment targets.

• Promote NIIT ICT programs to students, schools, and professionals through outreach, phone calls, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.
• Drive student enrollment by converting leads into paid registrations and achieving monthly targets.
• Provide guidance to clients on technology career paths and relevant certifications in a simple and understandable manner.
• Organize and host open house sessions, including one-on-one consultations on course relevance and expected outcomes.
• Follow up on student payments, negotiate payment plans, and ensure compliance with tuition requirements.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience in education sales, client advisory, or community marketing.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp marketing.
• Genuine interest in tech education and supporting individuals in choosing suitable career paths.
