Description

  • Nigerian Breweries Plc is inviting applications for its 2026 Global Graduate Program in Commerce, designed to accelerate career growth and prepare participants for future leadership opportunities within the HEINEKEN network.
  • The three-year program offers structured learning through rotational assignments across different business areas, providing participants with hands-on experience, international exposure, and professional development opportunities.
  • Successful candidates will gain practical insights into business operations, strategy, and culture while building leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

About The Program

  • The Global Graduate Program consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, within selected functional areas including Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, Commerce, Finance, Procurement, or People.
  • Following the rotations, participants will spend 18 months in a role within the Nigerian operating company.

Rotation 1

  • Participants will begin in the HEINEKEN operating company in Nigeria to build foundational knowledge of their chosen function, company operations, strategy, and culture.

Rotation 2

  • Candidates will continue in Nigeria through a cross-functional assignment aimed at broadening business understanding and collaboration across functions.

Rotation 3

  • Participants will undertake an international assignment to strengthen global exposure and cultural adaptability.

Landing Role

  • Graduates will transition into a management role within Nigeria, applying the knowledge and experience gained throughout the program.

Requirements & Qualifications

Criteria & Conditions

  • Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in WASC/GCE/SSCE/NECO/IGCSE, including Mathematics, English, and three other relevant subjects.
  • Minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and related fields.
  • A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
  • Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
  • No specific previous work experience is required; however, applicants should be new graduates with a maximum of one year post-graduation experience.
  • English language proficiency is essential.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country of the program.
  • Candidates must be globally mobile and willing to participate in international assignments.
