Job Summary

Mission

  • To manage and oversee OPCO Cloud ERP Master Data Management (MDM) strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective data usage across Oracle Cloud ERP streams including SCM, EAM, FIN, HCM, and EPM.

Description

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all Master Data and cross-functional data integration matters to support effective use of Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Provide technical support during integration processes to ensure successful implementation of system integration initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory requirements, especially those related to data sovereignty, are properly identified and managed throughout the Oracle Cloud ERP lifecycle.
  • Maintain OPCO-specific configuration workbooks for Oracle Cloud ERP modules and ensure alignment with Global CWB across releases, demands, and maintenance processes.
  • Coordinate ERP system support activities to promote effective data planning and optimal system utilization.
  • Develop and manage data archiving and retention policies in line with regulatory requirements while maintaining data integrity across Cloud environments.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, systems, and methods required for efficient system functionality and remain updated on technology trends.
  • Manage MDM activities including data profiling, data gathering, deduplication, and ETL processes during onboarding of new Cloud modules.
  • Coordinate master and transactional data requirements for functional and non-functional testing during quarterly releases.
  • Provide assurance to management on data-related controls such as data masking, auditing, and sensitive data protection across shared platforms.
  • Lead the Enterprise Master Data unit to ensure effective delivery of assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Single Point of Contact for all Master Data and related cross-functional data integration queries and concerns for effective use of Oracle cloud ERP.
  • Provide adequate technical support during integration to ensure proper implementation of system integration initiatives across various platforms.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory considerations especially with regard to data sovereignty are identified and managed throughout the lifecycle of Oracle Cloud ERP use.
  • Act as the custodian of configuration objects of the Oracle Cloud ERP platform by maintaining the OPCO specific (local) configuration workbooks for all modules of Oracle Cloud ERP and keeping the configuration aligned with Global CWB throughout releases, demands, and maintenance processes.
  • Manage and coordinate ERP system support activities to ensure effective data planning and optimal system utilization.
  • Create and manage data archiving and retention policies in compliance with applicable regulations while ensuring data integrity across Cloud environments.
  • Evaluate and recommend methods, tools, and systems necessary for optimal system functionality and stay updated on information technology developments.
  • Project manage MDM activities such as data profiling, gathering, deduplication, and ETL during onboarding of new Cloud modules through GT demand management processes.
  • Coordinate the generation of master and transactional data requirements for functional and non-functional testing during quarterly releases.
  • Provide regular assurance to management that data-related controls including data masking, auditing, and sensitive data protection are not compromised.
  • Provide direct focus and leadership for the Enterprise Master Data unit to ensure deliverables are achieved.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

  • First Degree in Science or any other related discipline.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Possession of a professional certification such as Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Experience:

  • 6 - 13 years’ experience in relevant roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization with supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience working in a medium to large organization.
  • Experience in business and systems analysis.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in ERP implementation and other ERP systems.
  • Experience in systems integration, project management, and human resource management.
  • Extensive practical experience in ERP implementation and other financial systems.
