• Evaluate trends in network performance and recommend solutions aimed at improving overall network quality and user experience.

Description

• Monitor and assess multi-vendor Radio Access Network (RAN) performance to maintain KPI stability, service continuity, and high-quality user experience.
• Maintain visibility into cluster and site-level network performance to support proactive management and reporting.
• Identify network degradations and coordinate escalation processes with Managed Services Vendors, Operations, Optimization, and Field teams within agreed SLAs.
• Carry out advanced RAN troubleshooting and root cause analysis using KPIs, drive test reports, logs, and parameter correlation.
• Support optimization activities by recommending, implementing, and validating parameter and feature enhancements, including optimization for special and mass events.
• Assist with pre-change and post-change validation for network upgrades, swaps, refarming, new site integrations, and feature activations.
• Generate statistical analyses, dashboards, and reports highlighting network trends, risks, and areas requiring improvement.
• Conduct radio audits, benchmarking, and performance assessments, including Umlaut/P3 exercises and regulatory validation support.
• Review MSOP and weekly optimization reports to evaluate SLA compliance, KPI performance, and corrective actions.
• Identify coverage and capacity issues such as congestion hotspots and provide recommendations to planning teams for network expansion priorities.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of performance data across OSS and reporting platforms.
• Support automation, analytics, and process improvement initiatives for enhanced RAN performance monitoring and optimization.
• Contribute to the improvement of NPO RAN processes, tools, documentation, and operational best practices.
• Support readiness testing, trials, and validation activities for the deployment and evolution of new network technologies and features.

• Recommend and validate optimization activities for network parameters and features.
• Support network change validation activities including upgrades, swaps, refarming, and new site integrations.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and statistical analyses for management review and operational improvement.
• Conduct benchmarking exercises, radio audits, and regulatory validation support activities.
• Analyze optimization reports and monitor SLA compliance and KPI performance effectiveness.
• Identify network congestion and coverage challenges and provide inputs for expansion planning.
• Ensure data consistency across OSS and performance reporting tools.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives within RAN optimization processes.
• Contribute to process documentation, best practices, and operational improvements within the NPO RAN environment.
• Support testing and validation activities for new network technologies and feature deployments.

Education

• First degree in Electrical Electronics or Computer Science.
• Fluent in English.

Experience:

• 3-7 years’ experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization, with technical experience in 2G/3G/4G/5G radio access network with a telecom vendor or wireless telecom operator.
• Experience working in a medium organization.
