About Supply Chain

  • At HEINEKEN, the Supply Chain function manages planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics activities to ensure efficient product delivery from brewery to consumers.
  • The department supports operational excellence by balancing quality, cost, and service efficiency across operations.

About The Program

  • The Global Graduate Program is a three-year development program consisting of three rotations lasting six months each.
  • Participants will complete rotations within their selected function area, including Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, Commerce, Finance, Procurement, or People.
  • After the rotational phase, candidates will spend 18 months in a role within the Nigerian operating company.

Rotation 1:

  • Participants will begin in the HEINEKEN operating company in Nigeria, gaining foundational knowledge of their chosen function, operations, strategy, and company culture.

Rotation 2:

  • Candidates will continue in Nigeria with a cross-functional assignment to broaden their understanding of different business functions and their interconnections.

Rotation 3:

  • Participants will undertake an international assignment aimed at strengthening global exposure and cultural adaptability.

Landing Role:

  • After completing the program, participants will transition into a management role within Nigeria, applying the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program.

Requirements & Qualifications

Criteria & Conditions

  • Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in WASC/GCE/SSCE/NECO/IGCSE, including Mathematics, English, and three other relevant subjects.
  • Minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, and Engineering related fields.
  • A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
  • Applicants must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
  • No specific previous work experience is required; however, applicants must be new graduates with a maximum of one-year post-graduation experience.
  • English language proficiency is essential.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country of the program.
  • Candidates must be fully globally mobile for international assignments.
