Job Summary
Description
- Nigerian Breweries Plc is inviting applications for its Global Graduate Program in Human Resources for 2026.
- The three-year development program is designed to accelerate career growth and prepare graduates for future leadership opportunities within the HEINEKEN business network.
- Participants will complete structured rotations across different assignments, including cross-functional and international placements, while gaining exposure to the company’s operations, culture, and strategic direction.
- Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to transition into a management role within the Nigerian operating company after completing the program rotations.
About The Program
- The Global Graduate Program spans three years and includes three rotations of six months each within selected business areas such as Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, Commerce, Finance, Procurement, or People.
- Following the rotations, participants will spend 18 months in a role within the Nigerian operating company.
Rotation 1:
- Participants will begin within the HEINEKEN operating company in Nigeria, where they will gain foundational knowledge of their chosen function, business operations, strategy, and organizational culture.
Rotation 2:
- Participants will continue in Nigeria through a cross-functional assignment aimed at broadening their understanding of various business functions and operations.
Rotation 3:
- Participants will undertake an international assignment to strengthen global exposure, cultural adaptability, and international business understanding.
Landing Role:
- After completing the rotations, participants will move into a management role within Nigeria, where they will continue their professional growth and development.

Criteria & Conditions
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in WASC/GCE/SSCE/NECO/IGCSE, including Mathematics, English, and three other relevant subjects.
- Minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and related fields.
- A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
- No specific previous work experience is required, but applicants must be new graduates with a maximum of one year post-graduation experience.
- English language proficiency is essential.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country of the program.
- Candidates must be fully globally mobile.
