Job Summary

Nigerian Breweries Plc is inviting applications for its Global Graduate Program - Finance 2026, a structured three-year development program designed to accelerate the growth of future business leaders within the HEINEKEN network. Key Responsibilities

About The Program

  • Participate in a three-year graduate development program consisting of three rotations across selected business functions.
  • Complete Rotation 1 within the HEINEKEN operating company in Nigeria to gain foundational knowledge of operations, strategy, culture, and the chosen function.
  • Undertake Rotation 2 through a cross-functional assignment in Nigeria to broaden business understanding and collaboration across departments.
  • Participate in Rotation 3 through an international assignment aimed at strengthening global exposure and cultural adaptability.
  • Transition into a management role within the Nigerian operating company after completing the rotational program.

Requirements & Qualifications

Criteria & Conditions

  • Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in WASC/GCE/SSCE/NECO/IGCSE, including Mathematics, English, and three other relevant subjects.
  • Minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance-related fields.
  • A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
  • No specific previous work experience is required; however, applicants must be new graduates with a maximum of one year post-graduation experience.
  • English language proficiency is essential.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country of the program.
  • Candidates must be fully globally mobile for international assignments and opportunities.
