• The company’s client in the fintech sector is seeking to hire a Head, Human Resources to lead and manage its people operations at a strategic level.
• This is a senior leadership role focused on driving HR strategy, organizational growth, workforce planning, and compliance within a regulated business environment.
• The ideal candidate should have prior senior-level HR experience within fintech or a closely regulated financial services organization.

What you'll Own:

• Lead the full HR function, including strategy development, organizational structure, and execution.
• Build and scale HR systems suitable for a growing fintech organization.
• Oversee talent architecture, including recruitment, retention, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Develop and manage performance management frameworks and accountability systems.
• Drive culture design aligned with business goals and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Partner directly with executive leadership on key organizational and people-related decisions.

• Minimum of 7+ years progressive HR experience with strong fintech or financial services exposure.
• Previous experience working at Head of HR or HR Lead level.
• Proven experience building and scaling HR systems from the ground up.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to view HR as a business driver.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Strong executive presence, sound judgment, and confidence in engaging leadership on critical decisions.
