Fortesoft Systems Limited-NIIT is looking to hire a Software Instructor who will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-relevant training in modern programming languages and frameworks. The role involves guiding learners through hands-on projects, coding workshops, and career-focused development activities such as portfolio building and interview preparation. The ideal candidate will also stay updated with current technology trends, including AI tools and evolving industry practices, while mentoring students effectively.

• Teach modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Flutter.
• Deliver hands-on training sessions, real-world projects, and interactive coding workshops.
• Support students in building portfolios, preparing for interviews, and identifying relevant certification paths.
• Stay up to date with emerging technology trends, AI tools, and current industry practices.

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in coding, including web and mobile development.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT API, TensorFlow, or LangChain is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for mentoring learners.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Python/Java are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Python with Flask.
