Job Summary

  • The Regional Marketing Execution Lead supports the Channel Marketing Manager for Fragmented Trade within the assigned region.
  • The role focuses on shopper and channel management, campaign execution, and new product management activities.
  • The successful candidate will define channel strategies, implement Picture of Success (PICOS) standards across micro-segments, and execute both regional and national marketing initiatives within outlets.
  • This position requires strong marketing capabilities, analytical decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to ensure timely and impactful execution.
  • Openings are available for multiple regions including West Region (Ibadan), Central Region (Benin), and East Region (Imo/Rivers).

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner and thought leader to the Sales organization.
  • Develop clear channel strategies for fragmented trade using performance insights.
  • Execute and sustain Picture of Success (PICOS) standards for key outlets while supporting activation of new outlets.
  • Manage and deploy POSM inventory to achieve full utilization and maintain proper storage conditions.
  • Implement national and regional brand initiatives and provide post-activity performance reporting.
  • Validate POSM material quality and identify innovative POSM solutions to strengthen leadership at the point of sale.
  • Support planning, coordination, and communication activities between Sales, Marketing, and agency partners.
  • Share and implement best practices across regions.
  • Communicate and monitor execution of the Monthly Game Plan with the sales team.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time and in full according to SLA requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • University Degree in a Business-related area.
  • 3 - 5 years of Trade Marketing experience, with frontline sales experience considered an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of beverage products and trade marketing principles, including shopper, customer, and channel management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to convert insights into practical execution plans and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of merchandising and Point of Purchase materials specifications.
  • Self-motivated with strong learning agility and determination.
