This role involves leading and improving civil engineering standards, specifications, and technical governance across Group engineering projects. The successful candidate will oversee civil engineering input for key capital expenditure projects, support site master planning and expandability initiatives, and ensure engineering solutions align with long-term asset strategies. The position also focuses on sustainability, compliance, structural integrity, and risk management within engineering operations.

• Define, manage, and continuously improve Group civil engineering standards and specifications in line with internal and external industry standards.
• Provide technical governance and approval for civil engineering scope on major Group CapEx projects.
• Lead technical discussions relating to site masterplans and future site expandability.
• Ensure civil engineering solutions align with site masterplans and long-term asset strategies.
• Review and optimize civil CapEx costs, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and contractor proposals.
• Integrate sustainability, safety, and compliance considerations into civil engineering solutions.
• Serve as the Group technical authority for structural integrity and risk management.

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10–15+ years of industrial or FMCG engineering experience, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
• Strong experience managing large-scale capital projects.
• Proven ability to work effectively within an international matrix organization.
• Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
