Westland Veterinary Service Inc. Scholarship is a program that targets students seeking Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine in New Zealand. The scheme which is sponsored by Massey University, offers up to NZD 5,000.
Recipients of this scholarship must be a Bachelor of Veterinary Science student pursuing a career in rural practice in their third or fourth year. To be considered, you must also be interested in seeing practice at a West Coast-based vet practice.
When making the selection, Massey University will consider each applicant’s academic achievements, experience, and referee letters. More importantly, the scholarship committee will consider the applicant’s interest in rural practice.

Tuition Fees
Massey University’s study abroad program has a fixed tuition fee for undergraduate and postgraduate students. The tuition fee you will pay as an international student is around $12,700 per semester.
Eligibility Criteria

Benefits of the Scholarship
