
The University of Reading AfRES Scholarship is a fully funded program offered by the Henley School of Business to African students who wish to study in the United Kingdom.
Coordinated in collaboration with the Real Estate and Planning African Scholarship, and Reading Real Estate Foundation (RREF), the African Real Estate Society (AfRES) empowers students with funding to pursue Master’s degree at the institution.
Candidates who participate in this program are selected based on a combination of academic excellence and financial need. Courtesy of the MSc Real Estate program, you will be able to understand the workings of real estate markets and gain key industry skills.

Tuition Fees
To study at the University of Reading as an international student, bear in mind that the cost of tuition fees for an undergraduate degree is higher than what citizens usually pay. Eligibility Criteria

An applicant is eligible for the University of Reading AfRES Scholarship if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Have an offer to study a Real Estate & Planning postgraduate program at Reading
- Are of African origin
- Have not previously studied outside your home country.
- Meet the requirement for a Masters degree at the University of Reading.
Scholarship Benefits
The University of Reading AfRES Scholarship is fully funded. The grant is worth £28,500 and it covers the recipient’s full tuition fees. The award is tenable for a one-year Master’s degree program at the University of Reading.
