This scholarship scheme was established in 1988 by students and staff of Lewis University, and family, in honour of Thomas Gullet. It is available for studies in the Fine Arts discipline and the financial aid is worth up to $1,400.

To be eligible for this scholarship, the applicant must:
- Be enrolled at Lewis University
- Be classified as international students
- Must major in Fine Arts.
- Should maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
