The Sir James McNeill Postgraduate Research Scholarship is a program hosted at Monash University in Australia. It is a fully funded scholarship that supports international students pursuing master’s and doctoral studies.

The Sir James McNeill Postgraduate Research Scholarship is funded by a private trust and established in memory of the late Sir James McNeill, a long-time associate of Monash University.

Tuition Fees

Eligibility Criteria

- Applicant must be admitted to masters/ PhD program at Monash University
- Applicant must be proficient in English
- Applicant should not have previously held an Australian Government or Monash-funded Postgraduate Research Award for more than six months.
- Applicant must be undertaking research that is both environmentally responsible and socially beneficial.

- You need to receive an invitation to apply for the scholarship before you apply. Complete an expression of interest and/or find a supervisor who agrees to supervise your research.
- On the admission application form, indicate your preferred scholarship
- Applicants will be automatically considered for all scholarships.
