Miami University through its Presidential Scholarship program, provides brilliant international students with the funding they need to pursue undergraduate studies in the United States.

Miami University is a popular public university in Oxford, Ohio, USA. It was founded in 1809 and is the second-oldest university in Ohio. The Presidential Fellows Program is a renewable four-year scholarship so long as recipients maintain a CGPA of 3.50 CGPA each academic year.

The financial aid disbursed under this scheme covers tuition fees, housing, and food for selected candidates. This fully funded Scholarship will award fellows a stipend of $5,000.

Tuition Fees

International students from countries worldwide who are admitted to Miami University pay varying tuition fees. On average, studying costs range from $16,000 to $19,500. Graduate students at the higher institution will pay tuition fees of about $22,770.

For an applicant to be eligible, you must:

  • Be a first-time incoming student
  • Have secured admission to a bachelor’s program at Miami University
  • Demonstrate outstanding academic performance

Selection Process

The scholarship panel will review finalists based on their overall admission application. After that, there will be an invitation-only finalist interview with the scholarship selection committee.

Beneficiaries of the Miami University Presidential Scholarship will receive a four-year, renewable scholarship. The award will cover their tuition, fees, housing, and food. The university will give a one-time stipend of $5,000 to the candidate. The benefit included tailored programming for the Presidential Fellows cohort, including Miami’s U-Lead Conference.
