John Thompson Scholarship is a program set up to honor the memory of John Thompson, one of Ireland’s leading newspaper executives. Since its establishment in 2008, the scheme has supported numerous students with scholarships for 16 years.
The John Thompson Scholarship is a partially funded scholarship that supports international students with funding to study master’s in digital marketing at Dublin City University Business School, Ireland.
The MSc in Digital Marketing helps participants understand how digital technologies change consumer behavior and equips them with the knowledge to engage with consumers using digital channels.
Tuition Fees
Domestic students generally pay less, but if you are an international student at an Irish university, the tuition fees you will be paying range from €7,000 to €22,000, depending on the course.
Eligibility Criteria
Here are the requirements that make one eligible for the John Thompson Scholarship;
- Student must be proficient in English language
- Applicants must be a first-class graduate.
- Candidates must be interested in media, marketing, business, and journalism.
- Applicant must be admitted to master’s program.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful candidates who have been selected to benefit from the John Thompson Scholarship will receive a full tuition fee waiver. Recipients will be exposed to cutting-edge research, industry practice, and applied workshops.
