Griffith University International Scholarship 2025/2026

Griffith University is a public university in South East Queensland, Australia. It was established in 1971, but officially commenced operations in 1975. The university introduced Australia’s first degrees in environmental science and Asian studies.

The International Student Academic Excellence Scholarship is a partly funded scholarship available for outstanding international students from around the world applying for undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs at Griffith University.

Students must be enrolled full-time and making progress in their studies. They are also expected to meet their student visa requirements and meet the requirements of their program of study to receive and maintain the scholarship unless credit prevents full-time enrolment.

To maintain scholarship eligibility, students must pass all courses for each trimester of study and successfully progress to enroll in the next trimester. A minimum cumulative GPA of 5.5 on a 7.0 grading scale must be maintained annually to qualify for the following year fee deductions. Should a student withdraw or cancel for any reason, the scholarship amount is non-refundable.

The tuition fees that students pay to study at Griffith University, Australia, vary depending on the course. However, on average, the cost of studying at the institution is between AUD21,200 and AUD29,000.
