The Barcelona School of Economics Scholarship is a program that provides full financial support to eligible international students to study economics or related courses in Spain.
Each year, the School of Economics awards an average of €800,000 worth of merit-based grants to students pursuing Master’s studies. Around 36% of matriculated students at BSE have received full or partial funding for their studies. The 2025 GSE scholarship will provide 100% coverage of the cost of the selected candidate’s tuition fees and provide stipends to support living expenses.
Barcelona School of Economics (BSE) was established in 2006 by Andreu Mas-Colell as an institution for scientific cooperation between four academic units: two university departments and two research centers.
Tuition Fees
If you gain admission to study a bachelor’s or master’s program at any public university in Spain, the tuition fees you will pay as an international student range from 150 to 3,500 euros. However, if it is a public university, the amount is considerably higher.
