A 40-year-old suspected armed robber, Usman Bello, has been arrested by operatives of the Rapid Response Squad, RRS in Delta State.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe disclosed in a statement on Friday, that the suspect pretends to be mentally unstable in an uncompleted building to carry out his activities along Issele-Asagba Expressway in Delta State.
The spokesperson said that the police officers who apprehended him also recovered one locally fabricated Beretta Pistol from Bello.
“The suspect who pretends to be a mentally unstable person is in custody and investigation is ongoing,” Edafe said.

He took to anonymous messaging app, NGL and disclosed that his girlfriend used to be mentally unstable and he just got to find out what happened to her.
The scared man sent a DM to influencer, Wizarab wherein he came to a moment of realisation that he now understands why his girlfriend has an unstable personality.
He noted that he was thinking about running away because he fears that she may be enraged some day and bite me. He however did not disclose if she was admitted into a psychiatric hospital at some point in the past before she recovered.
“I just found out today that my girlfriend was mad before, now I understand why she dey do off and on. Me I go run oo make she no go bite me,” he wrote.
