Halliburton is recruiting qualified candidates for the position of Tech Prof - DES, II within its engineering and technology operations supporting drilling services and well planning activities.

• Provide support to office and field operations related to well planning and BHA design and operation under general supervision
• Deliver HMS develop solutions requirements for designing well plans, following anti collision processes, BHA design modeling requirements, and generating design of service documentation
• Generate reports using current software applications
• Apply the principles of survey management to well planning activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with the technical customer base
• Consult with customers to understand their specific needs
• Maintain well planning and BHA design databases and assist with preparation of post job analysis for customers
• Provide advice on equipment capabilities and guide customers and field personnel on technical complexity and operations

• Undergraduate degree in a STEM discipline, preferably Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience, including experience working at the well site
