• Under broad direction, use operational business knowledge to make tactical and operational decisions and coordinate the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area in daily operations
• Coordinate the day to day activities of individuals responsible for job and resource planning
• Validate job proposals and review requirements against available resources
• Assess service delivery requirements for each job within the assigned Natural Work Area
• Coordinate the engagement and use of third party services and equipment within assigned areas
• Use technical or operational expertise to provide service delivery solutions for customers
• Order equipment based on customer specifications and job requirements
• Communicate job specific information to appropriate service delivery and support staff
• Create Sales Orders according to contracts and pricing agreements for scheduled and call out jobs
• Communicate with customers and service delivery staff to resolve service delivery issues and irregularities
• Work with field operations on service quality, employee development, worksite safety, and process improvement
• Contribute to accountabilities that impact a revenue center’s viability or service quality through personal contributions
• Support value creation within operations

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Halliburton field operations
