Ecolion Power is a high-tech enterprise focused on the research, development, production, and sales of solar lithium batteries, solar panels, inverters, and commercial and industrial energy storage systems. The company is currently expanding into the Nigerian new energy market with the aim of supporting improvements in the local energy structure through technology while also helping to create employment opportunities for young people.

Ecolion Power is recruiting Solar System Installation Trainees across Nigeria. The program offers free professional training for Nigerian youths interested in solar energy storage systems and aims to prepare participants for work in solar system installation and product sales.

The initiative combines technical training with opportunities for entrepreneurship and employment in the solar energy sector.

Core Recruitment Plan

Free Training Empowerment

• The first batch is limited to 30 trainees. Selected candidates will receive completely free professional training in solar energy storage system installation, maintenance, and sales. No fees will be charged at any stage.
• Training will combine online and offline learning formats. The curriculum will include product knowledge, installation techniques, and sales skills delivered by a professional team.
• Trainees will participate in a unified assessment organized by the company after completing the training program.

Assessment and Certification

• A unified evaluation will be conducted after the training.
• Candidates who pass the assessment will receive an official certification issued by ECOLION POWER.
• Successful trainees will become solar energy storage system installation and sales agents in their respective regions.

Job Responsibilities (After Training)

• Carry out installation, commissioning, and after-sales maintenance of ECOLION POWER solar energy storage systems within assigned regions.
• Promote and sell the company’s solar products while developing local customer resources including individuals and businesses.
• Maintain customer relationships in the region and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Support the company’s local brand promotion activities to enhance ECOLION POWER’s brand presence in the region.

• Nigerian citizen aged 18 to 35 years
• Minimum of high school education
• Strong interest in the solar and new energy industry and willingness to work in the field long term
• Basic communication and learning abilities
• Strong practical skills, hardworking attitude, and sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with local conditions such as customs and market environment; candidates with local network resources are preferred
• No prior industry experience required, as full training will be provided
