The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations to ensure construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

• Supervise daily construction activities on site
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Enforce safety standards in collaboration with the Safety Officer
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges
• Maintain high standards of workmanship

• B.Sc. or HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in construction site supervision
• Professional certification or membership such as COREN, NSE, or NIOB is an advantage
