Odixcity Consulting is recruiting a Senior Technical Project Manager / Agile Lead to serve as the operational backbone of its development team. The role focuses on implementing and enforcing a structured Agile methodology, improving transparency and accountability, and ensuring high-quality and timely software delivery within a React and MongoDB environment.

• Lead the transition from ad hoc development to a disciplined Agile and Scrum framework, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, and Retrospectives
• Own the creation of Technical Requirement Documents and translate product vision into detailed tickets with clear Acceptance Criteria
• Manage Jira or Linear, ensuring all tasks are tracked, updated daily, and aligned with US Central Time milestones
• Oversee the QA process and personally sign off on staging releases, halting releases where critical bugs are identified
• Implement story pointing and velocity tracking to improve estimation accuracy and ensure deadlines are realistic and met

• Strong understanding of React including component hierarchy, state management, and frontend dependencies
• Working knowledge of MongoDB document structures and application logic
• Expertise in SDLC governance, Gitflow, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Senior Project Management within a SaaS environment
• Active certification as Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner
• CSM, PSM, or PMP ACP preferred
• Demonstrated experience implementing a successful Agile workflow in a previously disorganised team
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to hold senior developers accountable
