Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling household and industrial or commercial solar power generation systems, energy storage systems, and related products within Lagos State. The role focuses on developing new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, analyzing market information, and supporting sales activities to achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell household and industrial or commercial solar power generation systems, energy storage systems, and related products such as solar lithium batteries, solar panels, and inverters within Lagos.
- Develop new customers, create and maintain customer records, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to improve satisfaction and loyalty while achieving personal sales targets.
- Conduct market research by collecting information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and analyze the findings to support adjustments to the company’s market strategy.
- Provide customers with preliminary technical solutions and quotations where required.
- Assist customers with product selection, business negotiations, and contract signing while following up on service implementation and resolving basic issues during cooperation.
- Prepare and organize sales data, submit sales reports, and provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and potential cooperation opportunities to support product and service improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- University Degree required. Degrees in Business related fields such as Marketing or Business Administration are preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales related roles. Candidates with experience in the new energy industry and those with local customer resources will have an advantage.
- Strong ability to develop markets and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to identify customer needs and promote business cooperation effectively.
- Excellent communication and business negotiation skills.
- Honest and upright with good team spirit and good health, and able to adapt to full time work within the Lagos area.
