Job Summary

Hoop Telecoms Limited is seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Executive to support its business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales process from prospecting to closure, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, social media engagement, and industry events
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while providing accurate sales forecasts and updates to management
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable telecommunications solutions
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service offerings to close deals successfully
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
