Suacasa Nigeria Limited is recruiting a proactive and competent Safety Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across its construction project sites. The role involves ensuring adherence to safety regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and minimizing workplace risks.

• Develop, implement, and monitor site safety policies and procedures
• Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments
• Identify hazards and enforce corrective actions
• Lead safety inductions, drills, and toolbox talks
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Maintain safety documentation and compliance records
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Promote continuous safety awareness across project sites

• B.Sc or HND in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or related discipline
• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or other recognized safety certification is required
• Professional membership with relevant safety bodies is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in construction health and safety management
