• Under general supervision, perform diagnosis, repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections on down-hole tools and other equipment used in down-hole tool applications
• Coordinate activities related to maintenance, repair, and calibration of down-hole tools and surface equipment
• Promote service excellence and customer satisfaction
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced repair and maintenance personnel and assist in training tool technicians
• Serve as Train the Trainer to assist training on lifecycle or legacy tool lines where applicable
• Ensure duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner
• Assist in evaluating equipment and making recommendations for improvements based on maintenance history
• Work in areas that may include mechanical aptitude, interpretation of drawings and schematics, precision measurements, computer use, and assembly and disassembly of tools associated with down-hole equipment

• Technical School certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of three years relevant experience in mechanical equipment repair and maintenance
• An Associate’s Degree or higher is preferred
