The company has recently entered the Home & Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand, launching its first product, a Hand & Surface Sanitizer. Seven Up operates nine bottling plants with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located across Nigeria.

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of sales operations through prompt order generation and product delivery. The role also includes ensuring the safety and judicious use of company properties within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales and distribution strategy for products sold through Distributors and other customers within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed distribution levels for all SBC products and surpass KPI targets within the territory
  • Drive profitable growth in line with long-range and annual sales plans
  • Assist in delivering key business metrics such as Category Share consistent with business strategy
  • Manage a large sales team and develop them through coaching and motivation to achieve sales objectives
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, maintain mutually beneficial business relationships, and communicate effectively with key buying influences
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the assigned area
  • Analyze regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities
  • Address potential problems promptly and propose solutions
  • Suggest new services, products, and innovative sales techniques to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

  • B.Sc Degree or HND in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years beverage sales experience in territory and distributor management with proven track record
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Understanding of store operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with problem-solving ability
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field is an advantage
