R.A Think Design is a Nigerian manufacturer of custom interior designs. The company operates as an Israeli Nigerian interior design and custom made furniture company serving both commercial and residential projects.

The company is seeking a qualified Carpenter to cut, fabricate, and install wooden and other structures according to specifications. The role involves working within the factory to produce quality and functional furniture products.

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and design specifications
• Select appropriate materials such as wood, metal, and fabric based on design and functionality
• Inspect materials to ensure quality and suitability
• Measure and mark materials according to specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and form parts
• Assemble components using nails, screws, adhesives, and other fasteners
• Ensure joints are secure and parts fit accurately
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Make adjustments or repairs where necessary
• Maintain and repair tools and equipment
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Collaborate with designers, carpenters, and finishers
• Provide input on design improvements and production processes
• Use protective equipment and maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain detailed logs of work processes and completed tasks

• Minimum of SSCE
• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or at least 5 years of experience as a carpenter
• Additional certification such as a trade test may be required
• Analytical problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently or within a small team
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Strong attention to detail
