Schlumberger Limited is recruiting a Surface Well Testing Maintenance Technician. The role involves supporting operational demands by ensuring timely availability of equipment and carrying out preventive maintenance and repair of tools and equipment in line with approved standards and procedures.

• Perform maintenance on assigned equipment in accordance with the established maintenance program and Reliability Centered Maintenance strategy while following CMMS and standard work procedures
• Maintain accurate records within Technology Lifecycle Management business systems, including materials usage, labor hours, equipment performance data, equipment movement, work orders, parts usage, and maintenance duration
• Ensure compliance with TLM Product Line standards and operational requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Base to improve asset utilization and Cost of Service Delivery
• Participate in initiatives focused on improving asset turnaround time
• Support productivity improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and identifying improvement opportunities
• Implement Cost of Service Delivery improvement projects
• Participate in failure investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
• Comply with TLM Competency Management System requirements
• Ensure workshop documentation is properly completed, organized, and archived according to required standards

• HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years shop operations experience in maintenance of surface well testing equipment or downhole electronics equipment
• Practical knowledge of failure investigation and root cause analysis
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
