Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage repair and installation activities
- Create and implement maintenance procedures
- Document daily progress reports and maintain maintenance logs
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure their implementation
- Prepare preventive maintenance work orders
- Conduct routine hotel inspections according to schedule to identify and repair faults
- Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instruments
- Replace faulty switches, sockets, plugs, fuses, insulators, and other electrical components
- Ensure optimal functionality of mechanical and electrical equipment in line with standard procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Maintenance Officer
- Expertise in electrical and plumbing repairs
- Must be resident in Yola or its environs
