The company is recruiting Loan Officers to facilitate lending services by assessing clients’ creditworthiness and processing loan related documentation across selected locations in Lagos State. The role involves evaluating financial information, preparing loan applications, and ensuring lending requirements are met.

• Review loan requests
• Assess clients’ financial status
• Evaluate creditworthiness and associated risks
• Contact clients to obtain financial data and required documentation
• Analyse risks and approve or reject loan applications
• Set up payment plans
• Maintain updated loan application records
• Follow up with clients on loan renewals
• Monitor the progress of existing loans
• Conduct weekly repayment collections

• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Loan Officer
• Minimum of 3 years group lending experience
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and loan products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
