Suacasa Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Interior Architectural Supervisor to oversee interior finishing works and ensure the delivery of high-quality design standards across project sites. The role involves supervising finishing teams and ensuring that projects meet approved design, functional, and timeline requirements.

• Supervise interior finishing works including tiling, ceilings, joinery, painting, fixtures, and fittings
• Ensure compliance with approved interior design drawings and specifications
• Coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure timely execution
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain premium finishing standards
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of interior phases
• Liaise with architects, project managers, and procurement teams
• Resolve site-based design execution issues
• Ensure materials used align with approved specifications and brand standards

• B.Sc. or HND in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum of 4 to 7 years experience in interior architecture supervision or interior project coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related design software
• Professional membership with architectural or design bodies is an added advantage
