Oilserv Limited is a provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning services and related solutions across the asset and program life cycle within the onshore, offshore and subsea segments of the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1992 and began operations in 1995.

The Oilserv 2026 Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program is a structured two year career development initiative designed to develop young professionals for future leadership roles within the Oilserv Group.

During the first six months, trainees take part in rotational assignments across all subsidiaries to gain broad business exposure. This is followed by an 18 month specialised development phase in a chosen field or career path.

The program also includes professional certification support, skills development, project involvement, and mentorship opportunities aimed at building practical industry experience and supporting career growth in the oil and gas sector.

• Must have completed NYSC
• 0 to 2 years work experience
• Must not be older than 28 years
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) in Engineering, Law, Information Management, Accounting, ESG, or Social Sciences
• ESG knowledge is an added advantage
