Nigeria Sinotruck Limited is a commercial automotive company planning to establish a vendor leasing desk.

The company is recruiting an Import Officer to manage and coordinate the importation process from receipt of the Proforma Invoice from manufacturers through insurance processing, banking procedures, customs clearance, and final delivery of goods to the company premises. The role involves ensuring cost effective importation, timely delivery of goods, reduction of operational delays, and effective handling of unexpected challenges. The role requires the ability to work independently and within a team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Hands on experience in import processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft tools such as Sage ERP and SAP
• Demonstrated leadership experience
