Job Summary
The Human Resource Associate will manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruiting top talent, overseeing employee engagement, managing payroll, and supporting general HR operations. This role ensures the workforce remains motivated, productive, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple channels
- Manage talent management processes, including performance management, promotions, and succession planning
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive organizational culture
- Oversee payroll processes, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Partner with management to support workforce planning and HR strategy
- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights for improving HR processes and employee experience
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- CIPM certification (mandatory)
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in HR, with focus on recruitment and talent management
- Proficiency in MacOS and Apple productivity tools (Pages, Numbers, Keynote)
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll management, and employee engagement strategies
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
