• Function as a technical expert capable of working effectively under broad direction
• Lead projects or coach 5 to 10 employees at various competency levels in the relevant technical domain(s)
• Ensure use of best practice work processes, project management, quality, and commercial management
• Recognize and develop staff competencies and demonstrate commitment to career growth
• Participate in customer engagements and contribute to business development activities
• Be involved in budgeting, financial control, and strategy development
• Utilize a global network of professional contacts and contribute to 1 to 5 multi-disciplinary projects simultaneously within the region
• Act as a role model in consulting practice development, project delivery, and business development

• Undergraduate degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) required
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Graduate degree preferred
