Job Summary

Odixcity Consulting is seeking a dynamic procurement leader to manage end-to-end sourcing activities, drive supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement aligned with business objectives within the Oil and Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall procurement strategy aligned with company objectives in the Oil and Gas sector
  • Manage the annual procurement budget, delivering cost savings and value improvements
  • Oversee the full tender lifecycle, including demand planning, RFx development, bid evaluation, negotiation, award, and contract execution for CAPEX and OPEX projects
  • Register and maintain company qualification with key International Oil Companies (IOCs) and manage ongoing supplier relationships
  • Develop deep category strategies for areas such as drilling, piping, valves, structural steel, EPC services, logistics, and MRO
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, logistical, and supplier financial risks
  • Ensure robust contract administration, monitor compliance, and manage variations or disputes
  • Serve as the primary procurement interface for senior management, project directors, and technical departments
  • Liaise directly with IOCs’ procurement and supply chain teams to understand requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a strong advantage
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Oil and Gas industry
  • Demonstrable experience managing multi-million-dollar, complex tenders for Oil and Gas projects
  • Hands-on experience in registering and maintaining vendor status with International Oil Companies (IOCs)
  • Familiarity with IOCs’ compliance, HSE, and commercial systems
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiating, and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and ethical practices
