Fleet Analyst at Nigeria Sinotruck Limited

Nigeria Sinotruck Limited is a commercial automotive company planning to establish a vendor leasing desk.

Nigeria Sinotruck Limited is recruiting a Fleet Analyst to analyze and evaluate the performance of customers’ fleet operations within the organisation.

• Prepare workshop status reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Plan, prepare, and analyze fleet service schedules in line with standard maintenance procedures
• Monitor and report service compliance of customers’ trucks within assigned jurisdiction
• Estimate workshop inspections and activities and obtain approvals according to company procedures and policies
• Update required information on ERP systems and ensure compliance
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up SLA or retail bills with proper documentation and submit for payment according to contract terms
• Reconcile invoice status with customers weekly to secure approvals
• Perform research and analytical tasks for the Fleet Services Department including cost management, vehicle replacement scheduling, performance benchmarking, and action plan tracking
• Ensure proper vehicle maintenance to support cost control
• Carry out other related duties assigned by the Line Manager

• OND in Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of two years work experience in Fleet Management or a similar role
• Strong analytical ability and accuracy in mathematical computations
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Competence in data entry, analysis, and data management
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and related software packages, including ERP systems
