Talenture Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to develop long term client partnerships, place professionals into key roles, and deliver talent solutions aligned with business needs. The role involves working in a performance driven environment with a focus on achieving results and supporting business growth.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle as part of a 360 recruitment role
• Develop and expand client relationships through business development, networking, and referrals
• Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions
• Source, assess, and engage qualified professionals, including senior level candidates
• Manage recruitment pipelines and meet revenue and activity targets
• Present candidates to clients and promote job opportunities to potential applicants
• Lead offer negotiations and finalize placements
• Maintain effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the recruitment process
• Manage and grow personal recruitment market presence

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
• 1 to 2 years experience in recruitment, sales, or a target driven commercial role
• Strong motivation to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders, including senior executives
• Strong business awareness and negotiation skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment
• Strong discipline, resilience, and work ethic
• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Lekki, Lagos
