The hotel is located in Omole Phase 1 and is accessible through major road networks connecting different parts of mainland Lagos. The 32 room facility offers deluxe executive rooms, super executive rooms, and one bedroom and two bedroom luxury suites.
Job Summary
Hotel Capitol is recruiting an experienced Human Resources Personnel to manage recruitment, staff development, and HR operations across its hotel chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment needs across the hotel chain
- Conduct staff training and development programs
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures including quarterly, annual, and 360 degree evaluations
- Develop HR policies and ensure employee compliance
- Implement sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Serve as point of contact for labor legislation matters
- Manage employee grievances
- Monitor employee retention and turnover rates
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with full cycle recruitment
- Good knowledge of labor legislation including employment contracts, employee leave, and insurance
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Applicants must reside within Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, or Ojodu axis
